I am Yoshiharu Izaki, Mayor of Nagareyama City.
I would like to thank all the citizens for their cooperation in preventing infection every day.
I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the medical personnel who work day and night to protect the lives and health of the citizens.
On August 2, a state of emergency was declared in Chiba Prefecture.
The number of newly infected people in July tripled to 198 in one month.
As of July 29th, there were 24 inpatients and 8 adjusted admissions.
Half of the infected people are in their 20s and 30s, and 80% of them were infected at home.
Even after recovery, some infected people suffer from aftereffects such as impaired sense of taste and smell.
In order to protect yourself, your family, and your friends from coronas, we ask all citizens to further prevent droplet infection.
In addition, Nagareyama City started accepting appointments for vaccinations for people between the ages of 50 and 64 on August 2, and appointments for people under 50 will start soon.

Finally, to support restaurants in the city, the third "Nagareyama City Take-out and Delivery Support Project" will be held until August 31.

新型コロナウイルス（しんがたころなういるす）感染症（かんせんしょう）について市長（しちょう）からのメッセージ（めっせーじ）
流山市長（ながれやましちょう）の井崎 義治（いざき よしはる）です。
市民（しみん）のみなさまには、毎日（まいにち）、感染予防（かんせんよぼう）にご協力（きょうりょく）ありがとうございます。
また、医療関係者（いりょうかんけいしゃ）のみなさまには、市民（しみん）の命（いのち）と健康（けんこう）を守（まも）るため、昼（ひる）も夜（よる）も働（はたら）いていることに、心（こころ）より感謝（かんしゃ）します。
８月（がつ）２日（にち）、千葉県（ちばけん）に緊急事態宣言（きんきゅうじたいせんげん）が出（だ）されました。
７月中（がつちゅう）の新規感染者数（しんきかんせんしゃすう）は１９８人（にん）と１カ月（かげつ）で３倍（ばい）に増（ふ）えています。
７月（がつ）２９日（にち）現在（げんざい）の入院患者（にゅういんかんじゃ）は、２４人（にん）、入院調整者（にゅういんちょうせいしゃ）は８人（にん）です。
感染者（かんせんしゃ）の半分（はんぶん）は２０代（だい）・３０代（だい）の方（かた）で、８割（わり）の方（かた）が家庭（かてい）で感染（かんせん）しています。
感染者（かんせんしゃ）は、回復（かいふく）しても、味覚・嗅覚（みかく・きゅうかく）の障害（しょうがい）などの後遺症（こういしょう）に苦（くる）しむ方（かた）もいます。
市民（しみん）のみなさまには、自分（じぶん）、家族（かぞく）、友人（ゆうじん）を、コロナ（ころな）から守（まも）るため、さらに飛沫感染（ひまつかんせん）の防止（ぼうし）をお願（ねが）いします。
また、流山市（ながれやまし）では、８月（がつ）２日（にち）から５０才（さい）から６４才（さい）の方のワクチン接種（わくちんせっしゅ）の予約（よやく）を始（はじ）めました。
５０才未満（さいみまん）の方（かた）の予約（よやく）も、すぐに始（はじ）まります。
