Chiba pref. Moderna vaccination center will start accepting bookings online from 14th Sep.
This center operated by the Chiba pref. at Aeon mall Makuharishintoshin 2nd floor aeon lounge.

【Chiba pref. Moderna vaccination center (This center is accepting only Japanese. )】
This center is accepting who will be 16 years of age or older at the time of receiving their first jab are eligible to receive the Moderna vaccine.

Period: 19th Sep to 8th Nov (Only Sun or Mon)
Hours: 10:30AM to 5:30PM(Sun)/ Noon to 7:00PM(Mon)

Alternatively, you are pregnant (include partner) or you miss second Moderna vaccination appointment, you can confirm exclusive call center.
